The court has the power to impose a discretionary disqualification for either of these offences.
Magistrates heard that the first offence happened on the afternoon of Thursday, 14th October 2021, when the Metropolitan Police's PC Neil Cornelius spotted Jenas using a phone whilst driving his Range Rover on Marsh Lane, Stanmore.
PC Cornelius' statement said: "I noticed that the driver of this vehicle was using a handheld mobile device whilst driving. The device was being held in both their hands."
Jenas was stopped by the officer and admitted the offence at the roadside.
The second offence happened on Friday, 4th March 2022, when the same Range Rover was clocked doing 65 mph in a 50 mph limit on the M25 in Hertfordshire.
Jenas was fined £660 for the mobile phone offence and £1410 for speeding on the motorway.
He was also ordered to pay £90 towards prosecution costs and £141 surcharge.
